We are looking for an eager and outgoing Sales Manager to manage Martela’s international dealer business outside the Nordics.

Your main duties include maintaining and developing a positive relationship with Martela international dealer network outside the Nordic area through pro-active communication and providing accurate support. Developing budgets and action plans with P&L responsibility is in your scope as well. You are to manage dealer agreements and pricing. You are also looking opportunities to grow the international dealer network. You lead and develop the International Sales Coordinator team with active involvement in everyday work.

We hope you are outgoing and energetic leader, have good communication and negotiation skills and ability to solve problems – with diplomacy and patience.  Furthermore, you have a track record of working with dealers and preferably understanding international interior business. You are fluent in English – other language skills, such as German, French, Russian are counted as advance.
