Leading with workplaces - NBF
Martela frequently likes to point out the connection between focusing on a good workplace and efficient ways of working while improving your ability to develop your business. An office is much more than just rooms with desks and chairs. It is the foundation of a strong corporate culture and a precondition for productive encounters and efficient work.
This will be the main message when Martela meets visitors at Nordic Business Forum Sweden, which will be held on 16 January at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. The Forum started in Finland where it has been organised for several years. Now it is Stockholm’s turn. Martela, a Forum partner, will be there to talk to people about activity-based workplaces and show visitors what they look like in practice.
“It is a fantastic opportunity for us to meet up to 1000 business leaders and show them what you can achieve by combining a workplace and workflow with efficiency and satisfied employees. We know that we have a lot to offer once decision-makers see how performance can be improved by developing workplaces and the way people work,” says Minna Andersson, Martela’s Brand Director.
Nordic Business Forum Sweden offers a stimulating mix of inspiration. There will be speakers from different sectors of society, from Chad Hurley, founder of YouTube, former tennis player André Agassi, Professor Kjell A Nordström and the entrepreneur Ida Backlund.
“It is an interesting mix of people and experiences that matches with Martela’s philosophy on what makes a great workplace. Nordic Business Forum Sweden is a great opportunity to gain inspiring insight into how successful people have reached their goals and what people should think about when they are developing their workplaces and teams,” Minna Andersson says.
