Salus 10 - Wooden universal chair for care facilities with higher seat height

Salus 10 is a high-seat chair for those with special needs and with diminished functional capacities. Thanks to the downward slope of the seat front, the Salus 10 has optimal ergonomics. The chair has a moisture barrier and the upholstery is secured with an elastic fitting and quick-release mountings.

Legs, seat and backrest: formpressed birch or stained birch
Lower frame parts: firm massive wood
Options: upholstered or wooden seat
The upholstery is detachable and includes moisture cover

Kari Asikainen

Kari Asikainen (1939) is an award-winning Finnish interior architect. His career began with a collaboration with P.O. Korhonen Oy in 1969, when production began on his first chair, the “Kari 1”. The product group became very popular, and so far over a million pieces of furniture have been manufactured in the Kari product group.
