Alecta Fastigheter was established in 2021 and has 52.6 billion in property value. Their new coworking concept Flexiwork can be found in the completely transformed property Regina in the Rosenlund area of Gothenburg. Upon opening, the premises are around 1,100 square meters, which will later be expanded by another 2,400 square meters at the end of Q1, 2025.

Semrén & Månsson Architects was commissioned by Alecta Fastigheter to develop a new layout, interior design and furniture concept for its new coworking spaces (Flexiwork Hovet) on Rosenlundsgatan in Gothenburg. Martela was proud to act as a furniture supplier in the project.

Flexiwork Hovet is a place where users can adapt their working day according to their needs – a perfect example of how a flexible and well-planned work environment can support both individual and collective work processes.
