We like coming to work every Monday. Our work is meaningful and challenging, which makes it rewarding. We are constantly pondering how we can do things better, both within Martela and in our customer organisations, in order to increase work efficiency and enjoyment. We aim to identify the stumbling blocks in our customer organisations so that we can help them prepare for the future even better. The purpose of the workplace is to allow growth and business, not hinder it. We want to promote enjoyment and wellbeing at work in both our own workplaces and our customer relationships.
Working at Martela
Martela employs approximately 403 professionals in four different countries. We are one of the Nordic market leaders in our industry. We work with Nordic design and services that improve workplaces. The range of tasks is diverse. Our work includes design, product development, procurement, production, assembly, sales, marketing, customer service, installation, finance and IT. Our success relies on skilled, enthusiastic and motivated employees. We support our employees in their professional development by offering varied development opportunities, such as training and job rotation, as well as learning on the job.
Our open workplace atmosphere is built on shared success and genuine wellbeing at work. We practise what we preach: everyone has a voice in our low-hierarchy organisation working in activity-based offices.
