Eerikki Mikkola, MBA, (1981) is responsible for Martela’s service design. He believes that customer and user experience are key in design projects, and that a project’s stakeholders must always be included in the different stages of service design. Mikkola is always seeking new ways to innovate, experiment and develop – together.
