The decision makers chose Martela as number one for the ninth consecutive year

Taloustutkimus research annually commissions the Työelämän Päättäjät (TEP) survey, in which decision makers evaluate various corporate image factors. The research was carried out as an internet panel between October 4 and 25, 2023, and office furniture suppliers were evaluated by 586 people.

The first place in the overall rating for the ninth time in a row was received with joy at Martela! Twelve companies were evaluated in the comparison of office furniture manufacturers. The survey included eleven different areas. Martela collected no less than eight first places in these. The product quality, appearance, ergonomics, functionality/combinability of the products, comprehensiveness of the overall offer, reliability, delivery reliability and professional customer service were rated as the best in the industry.

In addition to the overall rating, Martela achieved two first places in the NPS comparison: Martela as first – and Martela Outlet as second!
