Martela once again has the best corporate image among decision makers

In the Työelämän päättäjät (TEP) survey commissioned by Taloustutkimus Oy, decision makers rate major Finnish companies in various industries. A total of 150 different companies from eleven different industries were evaluated in the TEP 2024 survey. The survey was conducted as an internet panel in October 2024. The respondents rated the companies' reputation, gave an overall rating of the companies they knew, rated different areas of the companies' operations and indicated their willingness to recommend the companies.

Martela received the best overall rating* in its sector and Martela's recommendation index (NPS, Net Promoter Score) was also the highest. This is the 10th time in a row that Martela has achieved first place in the overall rating!

In the survey, respondents were asked to evaluate and rate the companies' activities in eleven different areas. Martela was rated the best in no less than six areas: product quality, product ergonomics, reliability, range of products, professional customer service and delivery accuracy*. Martela was in the top three in all areas, making it the clear number one overall.
